All products are stocked and hand picked by our Beauty Expert founder, professional Makeup Artist + Hair Stylist, Scarlett Burton.

Scarlett Burton, founder of BÆR, is a Makeup Artist + Hair Stylist based in London, originally from England's North East.

Scarlett has been working in the industry for over 12 years on projects that span from beauty and editorial to advertising and music. She has travelled the world, experiencing beauty communities and retailers in places such as Japan, India and Scandinavia.

Her clients include Ariana Grande's r.e.m, Kylie Cosmetics, Stella McCartney and H&M, amongst many others.

Since working with different brands and products, Scarlett has gained expert knowledge in identifying beauty + skincare products that really hit the mark in terms of results, colour-payoff, texture and ethos.

Going back to her hometown and Northern roots, Scarlett has founded BÆR, a beauty retail destination selling expert-picked beauty, skincare, wellness + lifestyle products, providing the North East with a dedicated space to shop premium brands, meet with trained beauty advisors and indulge in luxurious treatments.
